LED display pixel uncontrolled factors mainly LED failure, the main cause of LED failure can be divided into two aspects: 1.LED poor quality; 2. Use improper methods.
LED failure usually can not be found in conventional LED Testing. By electrostatic discharge current (to cause junction temperature is too high), the external strength improper use, a lot of LED failure under high temperature, low temperature, rapid changes in temperature or other harsh conditions, due to the LED chip, epoxy, bracket , the difference of the thermal expansion coefficients of the inner lead, solid crystal gum, PPA cup body, raises its different internal stress generated.
